We commissioned a specialist food photographer and stylist team to devise recipes using Tatua products. They had to be easy to make, with an intriguing twist that inspired trial, and look absolutely irresistible. These included seemingly indulgent treats like Strawberry and Rhubarb Mascarpone Tart with a Hazelnut Spiced Crust. Recipes on the back of pack gave consumers all they needed to recreate the delectable results.
In a very busy category, gaining attention was imperative. So we teamed the mouth-watering food photography with a beautifully minimalist design, using a range of soft pastel hues. Not only did these stand out strongly on shelf, they evoked classic ‘dairy’ colours, adding another attraction factor. As did the use of utensils and loose ingredients, making the end result seem easy to achieve.
